How do I shop?

Shopping at PARI.com.au is really easy;

  1. Browse – browse our online store to view all of our wonderful items.
  2. View – view the individual items you like to see all colour and size options.
  3. Add to Cart – add all of the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
  4. View Cart – check your order for any mistakes. You can add or remove items as you like.
  5. Checkout – complete your details, include a different shipping address if required, enter any coupon codes and place your order.
  6. Pay – you’ll be directed to a PayPal window to complete your purchase. Simply sign in to your account or create a new account if required. Click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase.

 

Why do I have to pay with PayPal?

Your financial information is important and must be kept private and secure. That’s why we accept all online payments through PayPal.

Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant.

How do I pay through PayPal?

PayPal accepts Credit or Debit Cards [VISA & MasterCard only], Bank Transfers or PayPal Balance.

Do I get a receipt?

Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction from PayPal and we’ll also send you a receipt.

What are your Shipping Rates?

Our standard flat rate shipping fee is $9.90 [Australia wide]. If your order totals more than $200 then shipping is free.

For heavy and/or large homeware items we may charge a large bulky shipping fee of either $19.90 or $29.90 [Australia wide] depending on the items size and weight. Your total shipping fee will be confirmed at checkout.

Store Pick Up

You’re also welcome to pick up your items for free from our shop at 61F Jetty Road Glenelg SA 5045. Simply add your items to the cart then select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout [South Australia only]. Then when it’s convenient drop past our shop with your emailed receipt and you can collect your items.

 

How long does delivery take?

Whilst most of our orders are dispatched on the same day via express post, please allow up to 5-7 working days for your items to be delivered.

If a part or all of your order is on backorder you will be contacted by email with details of backorder items. Items on backorder may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

All our deliveries are arranged via Australia Post.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit please email us at enquiries@pari.com.au or call 08 8294 4849 so that we may assist you.

 

What is your returns & exchanges policy?

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

You cannot return or exchange for change of mind on any in-store purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

You can also return or exchange for change of mind on any full price item, that is unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.

How do I return or exchange an item?

IN-STORE RETURNS

Simply show your online receipt [emailed to you when you placed your online order] and the credit card used for your purchase within 14 days of delivery and our store staff will be happy to assist you.

If you would like to exchange your item please call ahead to confirm availability of stock.

Orders made online via PayPal can be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice. Please note that the cardholder name must match the name on the order confirmation and a form of photo identification must be presented.

POSTAL RETURNS

Simply send the item/s you wish to return to the following address;

To expedite the return process please include your full name, reason for return along with the date your item/s were purchased.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both your address and the PARI return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.

Orders made via PayPal will be refunded to the original method of payment selected in PayPal at the time of purchase.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item PARI will cover all packaging and postage costs. For change of mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
